MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. His music has been able to make significant progress towards Latin pop. Una Lady Como Tu, the song that he released in 2016, received the Colombian Kids Choice Award in 2017 for Favorite Song. His debut album was a long-player ADN to the local Sony distributor in Medellin La Industria Inc. In the Top Latin Albums chart ranked it at number 8. In the following year, he became part of Ozuna on the Top Five smash Vaina Loca. In the year 2020, he worked with Noriel for Mala Influencia and then released her debut album Dopamina that year. Later, in 2021, the singer sang a duet 2021 along with TINI for her smash hit Maldita Foto. 2000, which featured the smash hit La Bachata appeared in 2023. Turizo was raised in a music-oriented environment since both his mom and younger brother are musicians. He has said in interviews that music is a must. When a young boy was in school, he took guitar and saxophone. While his initial career choice was to become a veterinarian the brother Julian convinced him to take singing classes with an Cuban teacher and the end result personally discovering his talent as a performer changed the direction of his life.
