Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig, September 21, 1983. She is an American actress best known for her role as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. The couple had separated and she moved with her mom to Los Angeles. Although she was struggling financially and in the beginning, she made her acting debut in the role of Rachel's Room's primary character. The role she played as Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. film Murder In Greenwich in 2002 earned her a nomination for a Young Artist Award.
